Reporting is very often our starting point, because it helps spot a problem or confirm the magnitude of the issues we are facing. As the saying goes, “You can’t manage what you can’t measure”.
Reporting has a great impact on all other steps we take toward resolving your problems. Still, reporting can also often be our mid-point in our work as we check on progress, or toward the end when we try to verify that the issue has been resolved.
Finally, reports can be an automated and ongoing way of keeping your environment healthy after we have done the initial cleanup.
